Littovia Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Littovia by invited adult family members, teachers, school staff, and authorized administrators.
Invitation and acceptance
Littovia is an invitation-based service for participating school communities. Mobile accounts are for authorized adult parents, guardians, and teachers; children do not create or operate Littovia accounts.
By activating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to use the invited email and agree to these Terms of Use and the Littovia Privacy Policy.
Account security
Keep passwords, administrator authenticator credentials, and trusted devices secure. Do not share account access or use another person's account.
Notify your school or Littovia support promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised. We may require renewed verification or suspend access to protect school and child records.
Acceptable use
Use Littovia only for legitimate school-family communication and authorized school operations. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or privacy-invasive content; probe security controls; interfere with the service; or access records outside your assigned role.
You are responsible for content you submit and must have the authority and permissions needed to share it. School administrators may moderate or remove content and adjust account access when necessary.
School and family responsibilities
Participating schools control invitations, staff assignments, guardian links, and the school records made available through Littovia. Schools are responsible for maintaining accurate role and relationship information and for using the service consistently with their legal obligations.
Families and staff should report incorrect, outdated, or improperly visible information to the school or Littovia support. Littovia is not an emergency service and should not replace emergency, medical, or urgent school procedures.
Privacy and children's information
Our Privacy Policy and Children's Data Notice explain how account, school, and child-related information is handled. Access is limited by role, school, class assignment, and guardian relationship.
Do not export, redistribute, or use child-related information for purposes unrelated to the authorized school-family workflow.
Availability and account action
We may maintain, change, limit, or temporarily interrupt features to protect security, reliability, legal compliance, or school operations.
A school or Littovia may restrict or end access when an invitation expires, a role or guardian relationship changes, an account becomes inactive, or these terms are violated.
Service limitations
Littovia is provided on an as-available basis for participating communities. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every school record is complete or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. If a material update requires renewed acceptance, Littovia will present the updated terms before continued access.
